Ladies and gents, our friend John was the victim of a violent crime last night. He was shot in the chest in Louisville Nov. 3rd by two men while picking up dinner for his wife. Our heart goes out to John and his whole family. John is a terrific guy and an invaluable member of our team as our lead Rails developer. We want to support him during his recovery and hope you can help too.
Update: John left the hospital today and is doing very well.
Thanks,
The ResonantVibes.com team

He’s in critical care at university hospital right now and he’s doing miraculously well after surgery. He actually managed to joke to me that we’ll be missing our weekly deploy!

Thank you all so much for the continued support. We just left the hospital and John is doing well but still in critical care.
His parents and sisters wanted me to extend their thanks to everyone on their behalf as well.
No one has yet been apprehended in connection with the shooting.

John, we heard about the shooting from Elliot. We have so many fond memories of you and El from “way back in the day”. Stay positive and know that there are many people whom you haven’t seen in years who hold you in their thoughts and prayers. Mr. George and I are just two of them.

Thank you everyone, not just for your financial support, but for all of your kind words and thoughts.
I’m a generally stoic individual, but have been profoundly affected by the outpouring of support and care.
And thanks to the folks at pledgie – great service. I dig the twitter integration.
