捐助推斯卡 (Twiscar)

推斯卡 (Twiscar) 自然成立了一个奖项委员会, 这个委员会不决定任何奖项的归属 (决不), 只负责辛勤地分析对新奖项的提名后, 定期讨论是否将设立一个新的奖项, 或者在下一赛季废除一些奖项. 委员会的成员包括 (@POPOEVER, @herock, @LEMONed, @webleon, @jason5ng32, @isaac), 今后会根据 Twiscar 活动的进行而增加或替换委员会的成员.

由于推斯卡尚未获得任何的外部资金支持, 所有委员都是义工, 而鉴于运作和发展需求, 至少需要保证未来两年的硬件资源, 因此, 这里设定的捐助上限相当于两年的 VPS 服务器租用费用.

推斯卡 (Twiscar), 顾名思义, 是推特空间的奥斯卡奖, 用来推举那些善于分享的人们, 鼓励这个世界变成对话与理解的有机体.

你可以在任何时间, 用任何方法参与推斯卡的提名, 投票, 建议, 诟病等等, 如果你不喜欢, 也可以创立推贝尔之类的新活动, 因为推斯卡就是大众的活动, 人人可以创建, 人人可以参与. 推斯卡有一个开放的委员会, 会定期决定大家推举的新奖项, 并为之设立新的推举页面, 方便大家选择.
