I am somewhat embarrassed to ask for help as I never asked anything from unknown people. But I feel that the future situation in my family will compel me to do this. My wife has given birth to a baby. I am very happy about this. God willingly, the child will be healthy. But there is something I can’t get out of my head. I do not earn enough to fully support my family now (unfortunately this is a common situation in our country). <b>My wife has vegetative-vascular dystonia</b> (not serious but rather bothering disease, and our government does not support people who suffer from this disease) and <b>that’s why she cannot work full time</b> as she gets tired rather fast and has frequent head aches. She used to give English lessons for children at home and at a couple of kindergartens owned by local machine building plant (this job brought some little but good profit for us). She could work as little as three hours per day. But today the kindergartens are placed under the State’s control and my wife has little chances to resume her work there without a special license.</div></p> <div align='justify'><b>So we dream about opening our own home based English teaching school and then probably a kind of daycare.</b> We want sell one-room apartment on the fifth floor and buy a two-room apartment on the ground floor where we could make a repair to turn one room into a classroom to expand our business, receive small business license and pay taxes necessary to have pension when we are old. We will definitely need money for apartment exchange and repair. We will also need textbooks and other educational stuff to teach English which is very difficult to get in our country. <b>I do not know what to do as my current job does not provide any possibility for brining the above stated dream (which has turned into essential need) into life and I cannot find a better job</b>.
