On the 25th May, Bank Holiday Monday, we’ll be running the Bupa 10km in a sunny & dry London town! (Well fingers crossed, especially with our British Bank Holidays an all). Training started slowly, but it has definitely picked up over the last couple of weeks and more so since deciding to run to help raise money for a very worthy cause, Project Selma.
Some of you will already know what Project Selma is all about; but for those who don’t Project Selma aims to find cost-effective, small-scale ways to improve maternity care and reduce infant mortality rates in Morocco. This is a project very close to our hearts as it’s been set up by some amazing friends – Andy & Ghizlane – to commemorate the short life of Selma Moukhfi Bell. You can find out more about Project Selma here: www.projectselma.org
All that is left to say is a donation of any size will really help, and if you keep going back to www.projectselma.org you will get to see where and how.
Thanks and wish us luck for the 25th!
