Service Links is an open source PHP script built on Drupal for Drupal which allow users to show submit-links against more than 70 social network platform.

It aims to be a simple framework that can load also more complex services which make use of Javascript (think to the many widgets provided by services like Facebook, Twitter, Google, …), just writing the needed info as a structured array.

Service Links will provide automatically the GUI for load, sort and display those services, and will create an XHTML anchor tag to place in the content respecting the various conditions set up in the configuration page.

Service Links will also allow developers to make use of a couple of API which can print the whole set of services selected or a subset of them.

Despite this project has been reworked and undergone several changes since its first version, many other improvements can be done to fit better with the latest Drupal features (more info on what is planned for the third version are availables in the home page), and most of them require a deep redesign starting from the basis.
