Austin is 16 years old.  He is scheduled for open heart surgery at the end of November.  His heart does not allow him to run, do any kind of sports or any
kind of over stress to the heart. He literally will turn blue and pass out. His dad
had a job with health insurance at the time they made the appointment to get his heart repaired that would have helped pay for the surgery, but
he just got laid off from his job, 2 weeks before the surgery. They need help to raise the money.
They need to raise about $10,000 dollars. If they don’t raise enough money
to pay Cobra Insurance and the deductible the hospital has said they
will need to cancel the surgery.  The only surgeon who has done this surgery successfully is retiring soon.
