Transoxiana.org is an Open Content electronic journal that provides full text articles about Asian Studies in many languages, with a special enphasis in Central Asian art and archaeology.

Transoxiana does not charge readers nor authors, and does no receive any funding. It relies exclusively on voluntary work, and as such is an utterly non-profit project.

We started in 2000 and we have published 13 issues so far, full of articles and special issues in different languages, providing previously unpublished original material and illustrations of archaeological campaigns in Central Asia, among other topics.

We need a laptop computer to continue offering this free service. Please help us raise 3000 US$! Thanks a lot!!!
