Rubyworks’ Ruby Development Fund is used to provide incentives to Ruby open source developers to contribute their time and energy to the development of Ruby programs for the benefit of the Ruby community at a large. Moneys are distributed between general overhead maintenance of Rubyworks projects, hours put into project development (Rubyworks or otherwise), and bounties for specific achievements.
