)Operation Fuzzy Mice, a community outreach in Bakersfield, CA, is in need of pet supplies. We focus on cats as they make up the largest portion of needy pets in the area. Dry cat food for every life stage, canned cat food, kitten formula, and kitty litter are ongoing needs, as are toys, litter boxes, scratching posts, flea and worm control, towels, heating pads, feeding bottles and syringes, and first-aid supplies.
There will be a prize drawing for donors on Saturday, July 24. Five names will be drawn to win one of twenty custom pet portraits. More information about the drawing and prizes will be posted on our new website. http://fuzzymice.typepad.com
